  1. Precalentamos el horno a 180°C. Y preparamos el molde que usaremos, para ellos mojamos un papel de horno, y lo amóldamos al molde redondo desmontable.

  3. Separamos las yemas de las claras, y batimos estas últimas a punto de nieve.
  4. Agregamos a las claras, la harina de almendra, el edulcorante y la esencia de vainilla y mezclamos hasta integrar todos los ingredientes, con movimientos envolventes.
  5. Por último, agregamos las nueces trituradas.

  7. Para la cobertura, ponemos a punto de nieve, con ayuda de unas varillas eléctricas, la nata.
  8. Y mientras en un bol, mezclamos el queso crema, el edulcorante y vainilla.
  9. Mezclamos ambas masas, con movimientos envolventes. Reservamos en nevera.
  10. Limpiamos y cortamos las fresas longitudinalmente.
  11. Extendemos sobre la base, toda la mezcla con ayuda de una espátula.
  12. Colocamos las fresas sobre ella en forma circular.
