- Yo primero le hice una capita de dulce de leche y luego hice una falsa crema moka con nueces: Batí un poco, 200 gr de queso crema con un sobrecito de edulcorante en polvo, le puse 5 cucharadas de café instantáneo (o a gusto) con 2-3 cucharadas de agua caliente, para disolverlo, y le agregué al queso crema, batí un poco más y agregué un poquito de gin, seguí batiendo hasta unir. Por último piqué nueces y le agregué. Enrollé, decoré y lo llevé a frío.
